I take B1 100 , and a B Super B Complex (with B1 100) every 3rd day instead of just B1

I take 500MG Magnesium every 3rd day usually, sometimes every other, but I do it for digestion issues, not effectiveness?

and I take D3 every 3rd day also

So I'm taking LDN 3.0 with B1 every day... then the rotation of the others through the week.

I take Magnesium daily. I have too, as it helps me with relaxing my muscles. I also take Vitamin B complex, but maybe twice a week. Most of other vitamins are five times a week - B12 w/Folic Acid, Vitamin D3, multivitamin w/o Copper, Iodine, and Iron. Iron I add back, Serracor-NK, Selenium, Vitamin E, Potassium, CoQ10, etc.

LDN I am currently taking every other day. It has an effect on my thyroid levels and antibodies. I am also adjusting to lower down ATD (antithyroid drug) as I test for remission.
