I have lived here in Brisbane for 13 years now. Still love NZ but have been greatful for our time here, and have made some wonderful friends here in Brissie too.

Katie...am guessing the Irish are a bit thin on the ground in this room. Liz, yes I did read that you're a Kiwi...and I can't BELIEVE you asked me not to hassle you about that...tisk, tisk...as if? LMAO!

I've met a few Kiwis in my neck of the woods in NY and, I don't know if 'homesick' for Brisbane is accurate...upon reflection, I think I miss life being simple....atleast it looks simple now!

Gee we hardly get around here in Aussie, I just wanna go to Melbourne for a shopping weekend, can't even seem to get around to doing that. If we do go anywhere, its usually back to NZ catching up with family etc.

Yes, I think a trip to see Katie should be on the list...so far I'm guessing she's on her Pat Malone there.

Well I would be more than happy to host a get together here in the emerald Isle LOL I am desperate to get to Oz as I do so love the sun. It only makes guest appearances here in Ireland and if you blink you could miss it LOL
