Hello dear Campers and Storm Angus is still with us sending down heavy rains and very strong winds. I try not to add to the winds but had a lot of beans yesterday so it's quite gusty indoors too.
In the news today Ole Trump has mentioned that Nigel Farage would make a good ambassador to the US. Downing street says there is no vacancy but I wait by the phone incase they need a trade and fun times with Ole Gals ambassador.
Also in the news the gap between men and women in the c...onstruction industry has widend with only 2% of women donning hard hats and driving cranes. This figure is strange as at Dun Roaming many of the Ole Gals were engineers and during the war most were in male orientated jobs while the men folk were off fighting the war. Gurtie for instance was a spy during the war and infeltrated the Nazi top brass to send info back to Blechley Park. Nowdays she has to use a zimmer frame but has lost none of her marbles. She and Mildred are a force to be reckoned with and are always playing pranks on the other inmates.Mildred has a Physics degree and loves nothing more that to send electricty around her bedroom door thus making anyone who touches her knobs gets a mild shock.
