Went to a class this morning to learn how to take care of Josh's trach. The speech therapist met with him to see if she could get him to eat alittle bit but it was too painful for him.
Theres good news and bad news. Josh has B-Cell lymphoma a type of cancer but it is very treatable. WIll write more soon. Right now I have a lot to learn for Josh's trach care. He is just amazing. He didn't cry or get upset at all when the doctor gave us the news. Just now I asked him if he was scared and he nodded his head "no". (He cant talk rigiht now because of the tracheotomy, although the speech therapist is working on getting him a device that will help him talk.
Also, my sister in law Carrie spent the whole day with me today which helped so much. She is a very strong, very smart person and I was so glad she was here when we got the news. Tom had to go back to Goshen to get some things done so if Carrie hadn't stayed until well in to the evening i would have had to hear the news by myself.
