Just getting ready to go to the hospital for another psyiotherapy session re my arm. The nerve which was trapped is now back in it's propper spot and the pain has gone.  Then after the hospital I am going into work for a meeting with workmates about working methods and practices on my department menswear. So a long afternoon but a constructive one.  I hope you start to feel better soon Heidi and that Katy will find her way back too.
