Hello all, well it's pay day for me today. Except I will lose the two weeks I had off work with my arm because I don't get sick pay for that length of time.  So tis fugual I must be this month as only half my normal pay packet. Kitty and John had a swell time at the races yesterday and Kitty stayed over as too drunk to drive.  She will take the train to work today in case she is still over the limit. I have more physiotherapy today which is working well and relieving the pressure and pain. Last session the therapist pressed really hard on my neck joints and I think he must have released the nerve that was trapped as I have only a tiny bit of pain now.
