For people who suffer anxiety at the work place and fear co-workers, bosses, and who assume the worst will happen
If anyone recalls my job problems from late this past summer: One of the people extremely responsible for my unhappiness is leaving this Friday after only one year on the job.This tells me that even if the higher-ups never admit as much to me, what I said was heard on some level. Perhaps other people complained as well, and/or this person was not willing to make certain changes. But in any case, I feel validated. I was not totally ignored.
