It's been awhile since the last post! I'm still going through hiring and staffing rounds again because young coworkers can't take any feedback and leave and go forth job hopping....

I had to go on a medical leave and they all banded together then. But the young employee in the leadership role became friendly with staff and then brought half the ship down with him by gossip.

Is there any sane workplace anymore?
