I KNOW we've all thought about this! Right? I mean, "catmagic" was just something I threw out there not even thinking I could never change it on this forum, not knowing I'd STILL BE HERE all this time later. It's okay, but.....

I use "JungleHeart" on a couple other forums - and I like that one.
Also "SylverSky" - combo of my two cats' names - like that one too.
(or for Derrick, who calls them "Hepler" and Crackler" - Crepler? )

I feel weird having people call me "Chrys" on here - I do. I like knowing your first names though. I really like what Derrick turned "catmagic" into - "magicat" so that works best for me since we can't change our dang user names officially. NO OZZIE - not "pussycatmagic" - lol. For you and the guys here, okay, if you must.... we don't see the gals using that one, do we now?

So - what would YOU wish you had picked for your DS user name?

And - Becky - WHAT WHY on the OooReeobOooOooo - or whatever it is?

Yes I remember the first time I started this thread on the Main MagiCopyCat. :-P

I said I'd have been ErnieCoolDog but maybe I'd have been Pickles or Token Gay Guy or Flash.

Yeah, not sure where the peeper thing sprang from, other than my liking froggies. The teeny cute ones...
Cannot think of another one presently, perhaps noodles, or sqints, wendypeppercorn, ....

Ozzita - lol - you know, I always wondered about that - what a name ending with an "a" like a girl's name - now I get it. YOU may call me pussycatmagic - actually, I think it's funny.

Sharon/GanjaMama - your user name is too cool for school - no reason to even want to change that one.

$20 for a trashed Rob Zombie t-shirt - lol. It amazes me what we get for stuff on eBay - it's so true that "one man's junk is another man's treasure" - except, um, a man's "junk" has another meaning now. :)

Woman's treasure in this case... same shirt in good condition goes for about $100 but this one was really faded & trashed. I'm pretty picky about 'man's junk' though. Rob Zombie's kinda HOT!!

Catmagic, oOo REB oOo, because my previous user name was RBM, my initials. After my divorce I changed to my maiden name initials, REB. The o's because an REB already existed. Yeah, so creative! lol. My initials. That is all I could come up with...

I think all of you have cool names, and hope you don't change them!

I'm still stuck on Myles Kennedy as far the THE hottest guy goin' - right, Becky? BTW - your user name - omG! It's all the o's that I can never remember. Robin Thicke is hot too - yeah, I watched Ms. Cyrus on the VMA's twerkin' all over him - she was vulgar, and I'm no prude - but that was embarrassing to watch even sitting here all by my lonesome at home. Her tongue makes me want to puke. It was AWFUL. Another Disney star ends up in the gutter - on drugs and will be wasted before she's 25.

We can't change our user names on here anyway. Just playin' around.

I have got my name for my Kindle Fire HD (whenever I get it): KASHMIR - my favorite Zep song AND I live in a place as dry and desolate as the real Kashmir.

Do you name your electronics? Great name for your Kindle. My nephew named my Chevy the GREEN DRAGON. It's fitting.

My laptop's name is HAL - after the HAL-9000 computer in my favorite movie of all time, 2001 - A Space Odyssey. ;) My Mini Cooper's name was "Pounce." I loved that car - but when it hit warranty end w/mileage, and with having to take it to Vegas for service, it was time to let it go. Other than those two - nope.

I'm not sure about this Kindle Fire HD - I mean, it's gonna cost me close to $300 after I get some accessories - and I'm seeing that I don't get THAT big of a deal on Kindle e-books vs. store-bought "hard copy" books. Not really a movie fan too much - BUT I think I could be - and the ones I like are really old and prolly don't cost much. Realize now that I need to be in a wifi "hot spot" to access the Internet. I may be better off with a smartphone. I dunno. I mean, this kitty has never even TEXTED. So this is a bit overwhelming. Maybe smartphone for hubby, who would make good use of it, and tablet for me.

Or maybe NEITHER.

Taking my time deciding. I'm home almost all the time, so do I NEED any of this stuff, really? I have to make decisions now on "need" vs "want" - that's what happens when you're retired (in my case, more "no longer working") and ain't got shit for income - hubby brings in all the money and has always disapproved of my free spending ways ... for good reason. All that said, I don't have a battery for my laptop, and those things are way expensive. If the "grid goes down" (and it just might before we know it) I/we need SOMETHING to connect us to the outside world. Where I am, we can always get signal from Mexico if it came to that.
