How does the workplace control their workers? Fear of losing your job if your performance is under par? I kind of think we, as a human race, are pretty much genetically made to have fear. Well, it's healthy. What is the opposite of fear? I think it's faith. Faith in what? Right now I have faith that the rain is giving the grass/trees a drink. I fear that lightening my hit the house. But it's a healthy balance. If I'm afraid that I'm going to die tomorrow, I'm not going to go on a killing spree. Fear does not control me. D
