Keep in mind that your child's doctors may want a DNA sample or testing done if they suspect there is something genetic going on with your child. You might feel differently if she was able to help you diagnose a problem more quickly or with less invasive testing (I say this because I know someone who did anonymous donation who would have loved to have access and instead spent a lot of money and time diagnosing her child's genetic issue).

That said, if it is important to you - discuss it with your attorney and decide whether the pros outweigh the cons for your family. I'm not sure how they could enforce that. Also, discuss whether you can have that disclosure be at your discretion based on the severity of the issue and whether it is likely to affect her or other offspring's health? I think some things are negligible while others could have significant health consequence. But, if she's done the Counsyl testing, then i would think the odds of something rare and random coming up later are quite small, Good luck!

I agree, with IVFTraveler, I would put a disclosure in there that it would be based on severity of it effecting her or her childrens health. Which in that case would be a really small chance of it ever happening. I understand of not wanting any contact with her at all, but you could have a lawyer send a letter notifying her and you would actually never have contact with her.

For me, if either of my boys had a genetic issue I would want to tell our donor since she is only 23 now and plans on having children one day. But I would do it through our clinic without ever having to contact her myself.
