Hi - I'm new to this group. Just curious if anyone was able to have multiple children naturally (and fertile) and then suddenly had no luck?

This was not the case for me, however I have a very close friend who was able to get pregnant accidentally for her first few children and then when she desperately wanted to give them another sibling, had secondary infertility. There is a group on Daily Strength for secondary infertility.
