hello, I'm 34 and DH is 36. We tried naturally for 2.5 years with no luck and started fertility treatment 1.5 years ago. My FSH is 11 and my AMH is .7. I did not respond to the first cycle so it was canceled. I did the micro flare Lupron protocol and responded well. 12 eggs and 2 fertilized. Neither one made it to Blast stage. I used my sisters eggs for the 3rd cycle (she is young) and we had bad luck and got zero normal embryos (they all had genetic issues). My husband and sister had karyotype done and both were normal. The dr said it was terrible luck so I decided to switch fertility doctors with a better lab. My new Dr is trying egg harvesting. The plan is to retrieve 2-3 eggs each time for up to 6 times and see if we can get one good quality. The egg count is low as I am on low dose medication (he thinks I may get better quality like this). I first prime with estrogen and testosterone for one month then I began chlomid. I started taking 75mg of menopour a couple of days ago. Does any one have similar situation (low and poor egg quality)? Could you please provide me with what worked for you? I'm not ready to do doner eggs (even my sister; want to keep trying). This has been so terrible!!!
