this group will be here for those who can't sleep at night and are up at all hours so they can come in her and have some one to talk to ....who also can't sleep ...to pass the time ...to make it easer ..to get through the night ...

I'm there...took 6 mg of Ativan, covered my pillow with lavender, got the sound machine going...still wide awake

Right now, I'm on 100mg promethazine, 5mg Klonopin, 75mg doxepin, 6mg Lunesta, and 250mg Benadryl...I'm either falling asleep or seeing some crazy colors tonight

5 of Klonopin, that's a pretty hefty dose. I think I'm going to have to convince my doctor to try some combinations. My pharmacist doesn't want to go that route.

I pay cash for my RX (no insurance) so I get all my drugs wherever they happen to be the cheapest...and that way, no one pharmacy can know exactly what I'm taking

2 vistaril and melatonin and 2.5 whole hours and I am wide awake....yay. Ok that's not a lot of meds but not diagnosed with insomnia.

Well as long as your doc has a handle on it, that's less worrying. I was just researching meds to suggest next time I see him.

They don't all live with me...my stepchildren live 6 hours away and when Jay was still here we only saw them 4 times a year
