this group will be here for those who can't sleep at night and are up at all hours so they can come in her and have some one to talk to ....who also can't sleep ...to pass the time ...to make it easer ..to get through the night ...
I am usualy up at this time or 4:00 for some reason ....I try to go back to sleep wham I can ..

I've tried so many but my body just eats em and spits em out.

it is hard to find ones or the right combination the will work for you ...it took me years ..to find the right meds for me

for sleeping I have a sleepe tee and half a sleeping pill but as soon as I feel a little tired I have to go to bed right away or it won't work

Hey, musk...sorry I wasn't up to talk to you at 4...I head my first decent 8 hours in a little my time (albeit on enough drugs to put me into a coma) hope you got back to bed!

I finally got back to sleep for a nother hour around 6 .......very good to here you got a decadent 8 hours sleep .....have a great evening and a good sleep tonight ..God bless
