Insomnia Central Community Group

this group will be here for those who can't sleep at night and are up at all hours so they can come in her and have some one to talk to ....who also can't sleep ...to pass the time ...to make it easer ..to get through the night ...

I have had insomnia...all my life but it has gotten worse the last few years ..I have heard from others that they are having the same problems so I thought it would be nice to be able to have some one to talk to on those nights you just aren't getting any sleep ...and have a place ware you could find others in the same position .....so I hope ...this group works for you ....I am sure it will take a little time to get it going ....and I hope it will be helpful to those trying to make it through the night ......take very good care of your selves .....enjoy the group ....

Thank you, yay I found it.. I can only sleep during the morning hours, my family and friends are larks and I am a night owl,, my body clock is all messed up lol

i'm so glad you created this group, minnie. insomnia has plagued me all my life and even more so recently. waking at night playing games isn't the same as having someone to talk to.
i hope the word spreads and we can get to know each other in the wee hours..

The doctors refer to me as one of the "sleepless elite"...I only need 3-4 hours, and that's about all I can get anyway
