Insomnia Central Community Group
this group will be here for those who can't sleep at night and are up at all hours so they can come in her and have some one to talk to ....who also can't sleep ...to pass the time ...to make it easer ..to get through the night ...
I was thinking ....and woundering .if you all would like to get to know each other a little bit ....you might feel more comfortable talking to rash other at night that way .......just right somthing about your self .......
i am am up I gess at weard hours .like 4:00 in the morning ..when everyone has finaly goten to sleep .....I have had insomnea most of my life ..my head just doesent shut up .....so if I wake up I can't get back to sleep ....I have a husband ..we are on penchion ....so we can come and go as we please .....right now though we are ataying at our sons ...we lost our house ....we will be getting a nother one to replace it ..but not till ..September or October ....and that is all I can say about that ........we are working on our trailer ..getting it ready for the nice weather ......

I think if they got to know eachother a little bit it might help ...break the ice .....they might realize there is a lot they can talk about .....to pass the time ....maby even laugh together ......you don't have to talk about sleeping or not sleeping there are so maney topics to chouise from ....have some fun with it ..make it a real group .....tell some jokes ....play some games .......shine .....tell a funny storie about your self ......I am reading a good book ..I would read it to you ..but I think that is against copy right laws ......any way I would like to get to know .. all of you ......take very good care of your selves .....always ...........
