Would like to kick around information with people.
With my urinary incontinence I have to wear some type of protection 24/7, then there are days like today that I stay dry all day, and have to use a catheter to “get things flowing again”. I use a foley & will let it in for a couple days. It isn’t something I like to do due to UTIs & being able to hide it at work, but at least I can go to bed in a really thin diaper & wake up dry in the morning - gotta look at the positives!

I'm sure you are right about staying positive by looking on the bright side if you can find one. I try to keep to incontinence wear as near to normal wear as possible. A catheter has helped me to do this. I used to get UTIs (and blockages) but found a way of stopping them. It is on the Urinary Incontinence site.

Yes, that is all we can do is find what works for each of us and not let it dictate who we are. I loved the water growing up and since my incontinence started, it took until just last year to find a product that I was comfortable wearing when swimming. But I looked until I found it, and glad that product is available. It is all about making the best of it.

After playing with my new toy, I lost my desire for sex. Maybe if I "practice" again, I will get it back. Not sure what is the matter.
