Going to the Chapel and I'm Gonna Get Married! I am so nervous now. I have a million and one questions is this the right thing? How do I know I love him when I still miss and love John so much? I am starting to get cold feet and want to run, but can't come up with a good enough reason to. Some are telling me it's too soon, some are saying I am still grieving. If we put it off will we stop seeing each other, NO. If we put if off will I date others, NO. Will I find someone better, that would require looking and why look when you are happy. No one is perfect, not at our age anyway. I am happy some say I am settling. Settling for what a great guy, he loves me unconditional faults and all, yes I have a few (very few) LOL, just kidding. My grandkids will be there, not my kids or his. I have my dress and Kristy's shoes matched perfect, so I am set. I put my dress on and he liked to flip. Couldn't wipe the smile off his face. Some may say it's bad luck to see the bride in her dress, but seeing his face just confirmed how much I mean to him and through all the heartache and tears we will survive because we are both determined to be happy. He keeps asking what I see in him and my response is a heart of gold how could someone not love you. He has been married twice a widow before 30 and divorced at 50. Says no one has ever treated him the way I do. Can't imagine treating someone anyother way. There is nothing we wouldn't do for each other and yes a few spats we have had but it is only about the way his ex or kids treat him or how mine are acting. In a blended family that is bound to happen just have to learn to adjust to our new life. Sorry for rambling just nervous! May each and everyone of you be willing to take the plunge because unless you are willing to jump in feet first you may never find true happiness again. Some say happiness is found from within but "Life of Happiness" is so much better shared with someone special! By the way the date is July 20, 2012 !!!!!!!!! Hugs, Dre'
