So..... I just read about Earthing! Yes, that's the new word for walking barefoot. Whether on Soil, Grass or Sand. No sidewalks, sorry.
I suggest more of you read how good it is. It actually relaxes you and the benefits are incredible. Many studies are being done on Earthing. What I read, gave the name of the institutes that are creating these studies and their results. All great results..... unless of course, you step on a sticker or a piece of glass. Not so relaxing then. But they suggest everyone should walk barefoot daily, at least for a bit.
I wonder if walking through the snow helps too? Either way..... I'm going outside in a few minutes. I'm going to go Earthing!
Yes....earthling is good.
Not much grass or sand here.
However, I have a few trees in which I sometimes put my hands on which gives the same effect. Any tree or plant is good for grounding due to it's roots. This is a good form of grounding in the winter when walking barefoot is not possible if you live where it snows.
You are also grounding yourself by gardening :)
