Highly Sensitive People HSP Community Group
The highly sensitive person (or HSP) is someone who cares deeply about everything ... feels emotions with great intensity ... is highly conscientious ... has a rich and complex inner life ... is very intuitive ... is often creative in a variety of ways... is easily overwhelmed and/or overstimulated. A HSP needs lots of quiet time, space, and freedom. If this sounds...
at first welcome ;)
I'm no expert, but I think if you really into something you can make it! What I mean is that if you really love nursing, I believe you can make it. Maybe it would help if you describe your problem more detailled. Is it the shift work? The huge pile of work? The feeling that you have to do several things at the same time?...
In my opinion you should focus on coping with stress rather than finding a job without stress that maybe wouldn't suit you.
To me Call center is the worst choice of all, because you really need to have a thick skin.
If you really like baking, then okay, try it, why not? But I think especially if you want to be self employed it will be stressful too.
Cheer up and don't push yourself! ;)

He also said that I have low self esteem. I think that should be the first thing that I should work on. I am always isolated and idle. I made the effort to go to church today because I want to improve my relationship with God. I hope its not too late. I really need his help in my life and I know he loves me.
I like it when you said that I should focus not exactly on “what is the right job” but focusing on learning how to cope with stress. I crack under pressure and sweat the small stuff. It is my nature but I hope God will give me something I could handle.
On baking, it is a pending plan.
Thanks for replying.
I get nervous and easily panicked when I am doing something for the first time. I get even more anxious if I am being observed while I am doing it. I used to work in the corporate environment quite a few years ago and gave it up because of the stress factor. I started my own residential cleaning service where it is just me and I have been doing it and loving it for over 22 years. It feels like therapy to me. And I get to connect with people (my clients) in an intimate, meaningful way. I have also been a singer/entertainer through the years and it soothes my soul and allows me to connect with people in an intimate, meaningful way.
So I guess my suggestion would be to do what feeds you and what makes your heart sing.
I know you will make the right decisions for yourself and I know that it is never too late with God.
Bless you,
Tammy
songbird, I like the question you asked, "what makes your heart sing?" I wish I knew & I wish it was that easy. I hope others have some advice.
SAMPAGUITA ... welcome. I hope we can somehow help & support you.
