Highly Sensitive People HSP Community Group
The highly sensitive person (or HSP) is someone who cares deeply about everything ... feels emotions with great intensity ... is highly conscientious ... has a rich and complex inner life ... is very intuitive ... is often creative in a variety of ways... is easily overwhelmed and/or overstimulated. A HSP needs lots of quiet time, space, and freedom. If this sounds...
saying how you feel directly to the person or in a card is more than a thank you. There are people out there who like to give and are happy that they have the ability and means to be able to help either in a huge life changing way or in the simplest of ways. It doesn't matter, they don't want or expect anything in return. They enjoy giving and a heartfelt thank you and perhaps a warm hug from the recipient is enough to warm their heart and it really is sufficient.
It's wonderful to read about such a positive experience.
Why not write him or her a letter and tell him exactly how you feel, say wha tyou just said to us just address it to him/her? You said it was a stranger, so if he or she is not one anymore I'd sent the letter of give it to him/her inside a beautiful card. He/she can always reread your thanks over and over again just like you said: "forever".
and I agree that what you wrote is perfect, you could send a card or tell that person what you wrote here!
Well, its some college stuffs. I had a reseat that I needed to clear at all cost this year. Since, I have done that subject two years ago, I was completely detached from its contents. I could merely remember what was done two years ago. Moreover, I have failed that subject, you could deduce that I didn't grasp the gist of the subject matter as from the very beginning.
Then, I asked my sister to help me. She did help but she was also a little confused about the subject. Then, she referred me to her friend, a genius in that module. He did not know me, yet he offered his help without nothing in return. Without him, I would never have the courage to take that paper. Oh i forgot to mention, it was a special paper, so there were no tutors whatsoever available to teach me. On top of that, I was the only one left to sit for this particular paper. (i am thankful to my sister as well)
Last time, I was watching "The Secret", great documentary. It says that if you truly believe and feel that you can, the entire universe makes that possible for you. I haven't yet gotten my results, but in this case, I can tell, I really wanted to clear that so long pending module and somehow it attracted somebody to help me to the way of success.
Anyway, I can never finish thanking this individual who has helped me in my moments of distress and need. He will always be carved in my good memories.
Thank you all my DS friends for being there for me, hehe... :))
