Highly Sensitive People HSP Community Group
The highly sensitive person (or HSP) is someone who cares deeply about everything ... feels emotions with great intensity ... is highly conscientious ... has a rich and complex inner life ... is very intuitive ... is often creative in a variety of ways... is easily overwhelmed and/or overstimulated. A HSP needs lots of quiet time, space, and freedom. If this sounds...
Change is indeed scary, but you cannot be happy unless you allow yourself to be open to new/better opportunities. You will fall into the flow of this life change with time (usually for HSPs it takes a little longer to transition), but you will end up so much happier and feeling more fulfilled in the end. When you feel the stress of the transition, make time to find some quiet time in your head and sit with it for a few minutes, just breathing, not thinking. It'll help to even you out. Leaving behind old friends is also hard/sad, but your quality of life will improve so much with a job that doesn't suck the life out of you. You will be alright, even if it doesn't seem like it right now! You'll look back and smile on your decision.
Best to you.
Moreover, I will be having. A one to one meeting with human resources manager this Monday. She will do her best to try to convince me but my decision is firm now. Some of my seniors are trying to tell colleagues who are very close tome to try to convince since they really need me for the project but personally I am getting nowhere will all those stress. Sincerely at 25 I cannot commit myself to work this much that I am leaving life behind. This really needs to change. I believe that stress is not to be accepted at any age but I am too young for that.
Thanks so much.
