this is a group for those of us who are challenged by getting things around the house done....come tell us what has to be done and get support to and motivation to get that task done and brag about what you have gotten done daily! It is hard for some of us to begin an easy chore but when we are doing them and get them done do you not feel like telling someone? I do!

Figure I'll post something to this site. Thanks, Bill for inviting me.

Anyhow, my project for this week is putting together my new Sonic Duo. I hate reading directions, but I'm going to do it by Sunday. Monday I start a new job and know I'll never do it then.

Anyone have a Sonic Duo?

clears throat and croaks I don't either? What is a sonic Duo? I thought sonic was a drive thru with greasy food and cheap milk shakes? LOL

I googled it and it is a shark vacuum cleaner for all floors? right? yes I got mine together pretty fast but mine is not the sonic duo...mine is the rotator......

It is indeed a Shark product. The Duo cleans floors, both rugs and wood. You can clean a throw rug too. It's not competing with rug shampooers. Instead, you're suppose to use it every two weeks and it prevents buildup. With two animals in the house it seemed like a good idea.

I thought I responded to this yesterday but it is not here...I think I said that is a different thing than a vacuum and that I have a rug cleaner that I use rarely and a vacuum that collects dust on the outside from it sitting unused so much of the time! LOL but where the heck that post went I do not know....??

I see today on tv infomercial the new shark sonic duo thingie and wow it is different....I would not need it but if you have loads of carpeting and loads of hard wood flooring the thing looks like it is pretty cool....just flipping channels and saw the name of it come on the screen...so I am watching...I would not need it....just small amount of tiles in kitchen and small two rooms of carpeting...
