helping with the housework Community Group
this is a group for those of us who are challenged by getting things around the house done....come tell us what has to be done and get support to and motivation to get that task done and brag about what you have gotten done daily! It is hard for some of us to begin an easy chore but when we are doing them and get them done do you not feel like telling someone? I do!
Yesterday, the water main that runs along the edge of my property sprung a leak and soaked the ground along the north side of property. We have very stiff water regulations here, so no soaking to pull weeds allowed. The mustard plants have deep tap roots and are hard to pull up when the ground is hard (very hard)
So I took advantage of the situation and pulled up the weeds. I filled my trash can which was picked up in the afternoon. Then went out last night and finished pulling up the rest. Trash can is full again, don't know where the trash will go this week :)
Last year I had to pay a fine because those weeds got away from me and I was too sick to get them up in time. So far this year I have completely cleared the weeds 3 times. It takes me about a week each time.
Today will be over 103 degrees so I will stay inside with the A/C on. Hope to get kitchen and laundry started. Glad washer and dryer are in the garage. Will wait until I go to bed to run the dishwasher.

I did my thing this morning already and basically have hour to wait for two driving lessons today....the lunch plan is kosher deli near students house....my first lesson is 2:45 so I have plenty of time....I scheduled them close together in time because they are in same apt. complex! Yay!

Tomorrow hope to shop and fill out ballot for election.
