helping with the housework Community Group
this is a group for those of us who are challenged by getting things around the house done....come tell us what has to be done and get support to and motivation to get that task done and brag about what you have gotten done daily! It is hard for some of us to begin an easy chore but when we are doing them and get them done do you not feel like telling someone? I do!
what have. you got planed for today .........I don't think we are doing to much I have some light house keeping to do ...a load of laundry .....it is to cold to go any ware unless you realy need to ....but tomorow I am going out to lunch with my brothers and my dad .....my one brother is from out of towen ....so it will be realy good to see him ......

I recently heard a great 2007 song the other day, "Falling Slowly" because it popped up in my newsfeed, accompanied by the sad news that the male singer, Glen Hansard, just died in a motorcycle accident. I learned that the song won an award and was featured in an indie movie called Once. I just watched it, and it's really good. They made it in 3 weeks on a $100,000 budget. It's streaming on...
the second student I had planned at noon canceled because 2people at her work called in sick...so she has to work....so she paid a $10 cancellation fee....that makes money for the gas and time I took to show up when they cancel at the last minute....
anyway tonight I am riding with friend to my AA sponsor's house which is about 2 1/2hr drive north of St. Louis....he is having his annual holiday party tonight....I have a couple gifts for him and his wife and we are supposed to bring a white elephant gift too....I am taking a bunch of pecans to snack on at the party for my pot luck offering...I bought a little red bowl with white inside and snowflakes on top of outside in white too....so that is it for the rest of today...I have some time and may do a load of laundry too....I have about 3hrs before Mike comes to get me....that is plenty of time to do laundry....:-)
I also washed my stocking cap again as it seems that the white in red white and blue hat with stars gets dirty fast.....so it all went into the washer and is done....
