helping with the housework Community Group
this is a group for those of us who are challenged by getting things around the house done....come tell us what has to be done and get support to and motivation to get that task done and brag about what you have gotten done daily! It is hard for some of us to begin an easy chore but when we are doing them and get them done do you not feel like telling someone? I do!

Do the flylady suggestion...give i 15 0r 30 minutes at a time. It is very surprising what can get accomplished in 15 minutes.
you have a focus start....and you started.....it always looks overwhelming and probably is...but this can be done,
take steps....and breaks....others here will remind you how to get thru.....I got a few big plastic bins....made for sure I had one that was for things I absolutey did not want and got it to the goodwill asap when full....
there is a site called flylady and she has helped us start and keep up........Joyce as well as others have lots to share as to how to accomplish these kinds of chores..............hang on, you will do a good job....you have decided and started....
the bins helped also to separate pants, tops....and mine and yours.....good luck '
You can do this. If they had laid around a year they would need new washing because of dogs and dust problems here.
Yesterday, I put a vinyl cover over my mattress which is sleep number air inflated mattress. Well to do that I had to move the storage bench at end of bed. That meant I needed to vacuum under there while its out! Found out my vacuum was plugged up at the head and needed to be taken apart to get it unplugged. That created huge mess on bed and floor but I was able to get it done. The machine has a set of filters to it that also got cleaned in sink in bath which made muddy mess in there lol but I got it sorted out. Now those filters are drying out for couple days before they go back into machine
anyway....I got my work cut out for me yet tonight....hugs
Let me also add that Ineed to finish cleaning the kitchen, the bathroom, and clean out the fridge all before tomorrow morning when I go buy a new outfit for my son's prom tomorrow night. It's actually a family event for kids who have been through cancer. Josh battled cancer for six months last year and beat it! We are always celebrating his fortunate recovery.
And tiger, yes there is always something blocking my cleaning efforts-----it's called severe depression.
