Has anyone read this? I saw it while waiting for the train and felt drawn to it. It's more sciency and less spiritual than things I usually like (all about drives and brain function), but I love the main point -- that we can all be more alive and vital and have more fulfilling lives than we do. The part I skimmed said to pick three values for social life, work life,e tc. and make sure you're acting congruent with them. Repeat them like mantras. I tried that today when the kids were squabbling and I was stressed, just repeated "loving, joyful, creative". I think it did remind me how I want to act as a parent. Reducing it to three values is a nice simplicity. I'll try to get it from the library -- if I find anything wonderful, I'll share it.

So many books have helped me in a perticular time of need. So love books and all the info and helps. One of my favorite authors is Joyce Meyers. She has wrote so many books that have helped me.

Joyce Meyers sounds like a good person. I noticed she was being called down in a youtube video for saying someone about us needing to realize we live under an all seeing eye. The person compiling it went on to show the eye on the back of the dollar, and tie her to the illuminati and said that God was never called the all seeing eye in the bible. Well, I got news for him. In the bible it says, If therefore, thine eye be singe, thy whole body shall be full of light. The single eye is what is called the third eye in the eastern thought. They way it was explained to me, is that our eyes judge everything we see, and keep us from seeing what is. When we learn to see from our third eye, we drop judgement and become closer to God.

I soo agree with you about being judgemental and freedom from it. I once expirenced unconditional love, how jesus loves us. It changed my life. I see people different, i love people different. I don't judge myself or others like i did, I don't see thier difficencies like i did but instead understand thier feelings and hurts, like the ones i have.
