i wanted to know if there is anyone else out there that suffers from all over body pain with Hep C. My ankles, knees, hips, elbows, wrists all ache.
I've been feeling pretty good that last few years but all of a sudden I'm hurting big time, totally exhausted, having major anxiety attacks. Do these systems go along with Hep C?
Darn I just typed a reply and BAM it is gone..hopefully it doesnt post a gazillion times like DS has been famous for recently.
About 2 years ago I thought old age was creeping up on me rather quickly when I was getting sore in all the same places you mentioned....my right hip has needed replacement for years and I was reminded of that on a daily basis by the pain that sometimes erupts out of there, but the wrists, elbows, knees ankles and feet just sort of came on me over the course of two weeks....suddenly I was almost crippled....I couldnt do anything....I read here about wobenzyme N and decided to give it a try after going to the rheumy and her prescribing enbrel (after her story of another patient with hepC being on enbrel and winding up with HCC I decided NO WAY...no matter how many times she said sometimes quality of life is better than quantity"....I however was diagnosed with PsA (psoriatic arthritis) and since being on the wobenzyme Im a completely different person...Ive regained my strength and no longer have swollen digits or any of the other symptoms...my hip...thats a different story...thats been bone on bone for over 20 years...but the wobenzyme has helped me and many others even with RA.
I find it comes and goes. Wobenzyme definitely helps. Pancreatic enzymes are in there. They digest the proteins causing the inflammation.
I also find that just about any refined processed food, or too much sugar or cereal will cause joint pain. I would try cleaning up my diet, drinking lots of water, getting some moderate exercise. Try eating only things from the produce department, and if things are on the high pesticide list, eat organic.
Best most nutritious foods in order.
Dark leafy greens
Solid green vegetables
other colored vegetables
Fruits
root vegetables
less nutritious
raw whole nuts and seeds
Whole grains
least nutritious
Meat, dairy, fish
refined foods including white sugar, table salt and most oils.
alcohol, sodas, snack foods, anything ready to eat in a package, like cookies, cereals, dinners, etc.
my left hip and left hand hurt a lot of the time. doctor said it was arthritis and i wonder if it's hep C related somehow? i notice that if i eat tomatoes, potatoes or egg plant it gets worse. people who have arthritis are told to stay away from the night shades.
