I'm starting to get unpleasant perimenopausal symptoms (I'm 48) -- headaches around my peridod, mood swings, etc. I know there's a cream made from yams that a client of mine swore by years ago. Any opinions? Or a brand y9ou'd suggest/ Thanks.
