So as mentioned before, I have eliminated nearly all symptoms with 4 teaspoons monolaurin per day. For comparison sake, I am someone who experiences acute/chronic symptoms unless I am proactive.
The monolaurin has helped make me feel normal again, except one thing remained, and that was some darker than normal urine each morning.
I recently decided to up my intake of ascorbic acid -just following a hunch. And now it seems that these two are a synergistic combo that eliminates all symptoms, and also improving my complexion (that drawn down, off color you might notice with some of us) which now has more color and health looking, which tells me there is much less inflammation, and more circulation.. (not my imagination; getting comments)
I am now putting ascorbic acid and monolaurin in no 3 capsules, 50/50, taking roughly one each hour, along with the monolaurin as mentioned, 4 tsp a day.
You may hear that ascorbic acid (vit c) doesn't reach therapeutic doses when taken orally, but apparently it is enough when added along with........

I take 600 mg once a day, in the morning.
I also take coconut oil every day. And ascorbic acid.
