I've been taking this for a week and have noticed an improvement in my digestion. Less gas, no bloating. Also, and I don't know if it's a coincidence, but I've had perfectly balanced ph all week. I only had a balanced ph week one other time in 8 months. It's only $12 a bottle, too. (BTW, I've started shopping at Iherb since you guys turned me on to it, but this product is less than half their price on Amazon.)

Wow Bigid, that is great. I am wondering about checking mine. What kind of strips or whatever is it. I take lots of c and recently purchased some coral calcium to regulate my ph and also help with the absorbtion of the c. don't know how to test my ph???
I recently changed from regular c to a lypo-spheric, this form claims 95% absorbability with out the bloating and gas. I love it, but i know lots of c can make the ph whacky, and would like to test mine. Do you feel better with a balanced ph?

Mak, thanks for pointing out that size does matter. (I'll go for the big bottle next time). Kookie, that's a great q about do I feel better -- it made me aware of how much low-grade stress I feel each week putting so many x's in the alkaline boxes; a reminder that I'm "sick" and that my body's not doing what it "should." (A much lesser version of the stress I feel when I get a bad blood test.) So this week, looking at my beautiful chart with the x's so evenly distrbuted, I feel relief, joy, hope. I don't think that's what you meant, but I believe we're one organism (mind/body/spirit). BTW, I get a bottle of ph liquid from the Revici woman. I'm not sure you can buy it elsewhere, but I find it easier than strips. Pee in a cup and put in one drop.
