I had such a good Christmas, not in the gifts i gave or got but in the fun of being with my family. Everyone is gone now and feeling a bit sad. Love Christmas. I hope everyone here had a good time.

I think it's Cod. I cut it in strips.. I put a cup of almonds in the food processor and ground them up, then added 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and some southwestern seasoning. I put some organic coconut oil in a pan, just 1/4 inch or less, and then cooked the fish for 5 minutes on each side. I'm thinking I used about 1/2 cup oil. Served it with homemade salsa and leftover stirfry. So good. Very nutty.
