Later -- This got terrible reviews on Amazon. But refurbished Vitamixes are only $329. I may save up and go that route. It's only $60 more.

Mak doesn't know, LOL. Mak just went to the website and read what it said, checked for a warranty, checked out the size. Mak would rather have a refurbished Vitamix - I chose it over a BlendTec. I have a friend who has both. She said the BlendTec had been in the shop twice and the Vitamix - never.
