Yes i believe anything good we put in our minds effects our bodies. My sister had one for weight loss and she lost over 100 pounds. I am so proud of her. she has kept it off for 10 years.

My question was, since the voices are hidden under the music or the ocean waves, do they really get into the brain and increase positive anything?

I remember in school Phycology class we had a discussion on this and they acually banned this and made a law against this from happening in stores as it prompted people to buy things they normally wouldn't. They would put messeges hidden with music.
Tests showed it actually works. i believe these tests were acurate.
I wouldn't have a clue what to google to find out about this. It was back in the 80's when i was in college.
Maybe that is why hipnosis is somewhat successful.
I remember that in the studies the people had to have an open mind at the time of listening to these hidden messeges.
Some of the heavy metal rock music use to have messages in them, which they published and tried to ban. some of the messeges very negative like worshiping saten and commiting suicide.
Just my personal opinion based on what i have learned about it, if the messege is positive and geared towards your goal in life, it would be a good thing.

Thanks, Kookie. Now that I read that, I remember about the stores. But I thought the rock music/devil worship thing was just urban legend. The company I bought them from says their technology works but none of the others do (not surprising). I wonder which company really is best.
