I love doing things with my GS. My fiance' bought a seat to put on the back of my bike & we've been taking him bike riding through the trails, which run through alot of woods. We point out so many things to him - birds, bunnies, flowers, airplanes, etc. We stopped and showed him a little tiny baby snake on the trail this weekend. It's so refreshing being outdoors with him & just enjoying the beauty of nature. Just knowing that he is soaking up good, natural, healthy activities and not sitting at home with 2 parents who are sticking needles in their arms every day, thinking they're doing a fine & dandy job in their parenting. It's such a relief knowing he's not around that now. We love taking him to see farm animals, taking him on strolls in his wagon or stroller, observing the world around him & pointing out all of the wonders of God. It's refreshing to see the world through his eyes. It's the simple things like reading a book or blowing bubbles that make every day so incredibly blessed.
