hi i havent written here in a very long time but the next couple of mths are my hell mths i need to get throu dec and jan so that i can move into my own place and have my youngest back with me last yr i was in and out of the hospital alot during this time for depression and suicide right now im so numb

I know exactly what you mean by these being your hell months!!!! I have the same problem. Though the doc put me on a new med recently...and it's made a huge difference!!!! I hope you're able to find something that helps you.

New Years Day is my off limits day!!! I hide away and don't do ANYTHING!!! I can't stand that day...it's the worst day of the year!!!
