Welcome to the group!!!! :) Hope to see you around. Sorry, nobody's said anything for a bit. :( Nice to meet you!! Hope you're doing alright. How bad is your sleep apnea?? I have a very mild case...that my doctor thinks will be helped with diet and exercise...usually the case. *not surprised*

What about yours?? Just curious. :) Hope you find the help and support you need/are looking for here. :) *hugs* :)

Hey! :D Thank you! x My Sleep Apnea is very bad. :( I can Barley Sleep at night! When, I can't Sleep at night, I come on to this Website. I have Anxiety issues too. So, yeah I have Problems Sleeping. :( I will add you now! Please Look at my Photos and read my Journals to find out more about me. :D
