I now agree that as I have learnt that when we feel low it's best to let that emotion pass thru and let things turn on it's own,, the more we wait for things to happen, the less and it takes longer to take place..
Turning your life around isn't one giant step. It's lots of tiny ones. That sounds corny, but it's true. One of my friends recently told me to tackle only one terrifying thing a day, so that's what I've been doing and it seems to help.
I guess I'm going to crawl out of this.
