GAY LIVING is designed to be a safe place to express our daily lives, what we are faced with and how we handle each situaiton. Finding humor in our daily lives through the fear, laugher and tears. To come together and find a friends, both old and new. We will talk about love (finding, keeping or losing it), our daily struggles, fear, exciement and learn to love ourselves...
It can't hurt to check with a Dr. about depression. I've been there, and it does sound to me like that's what's going on, Some people benefit a lot from an antidepressant - even short term. It's best to talk with a therapist too to work out some issues.
Glad you're looking for support here too. In general, I tell people not to think about the past too much. So much of what's happened to us isn't our fault and we tend to blame ourselves & just feel worse. Keep on doing things you enjoy, whether you feel like it or not.
I'll be around. Check back & let us know how you're doing.
