Gastroparesis (Lazy Stomach), also called delayed gastric emptying, is a disorder in which the stomach takes too long to empty its contents. Gastroparesis occurs when the vagus nerve is damaged and the muscles of the stomach and intestines do not work normally. Food then moves slowly or stops moving through the digestive tract.
I took food sensitivity test and around 7 appointments. Many medical bills are arriving and my last one was also the gastric emptying
I make a smoothie or something and for first time everything to eat takes so much effort or fear especially if later evening. I’m looking into several recipes tomorrow and researching so I will share if any good finds. I’m not sure what FODMAP stands for but this was suggested by a friend - not sure it’s specifically for GP.
I had no idea to lower fiber try to eat less than 3-10 grams in one sitting but not sure if true.
Some moments this feels like a forced eating disorder but I do not mean to complain. Adjusting ! Hang in
