Gastroparesis (Lazy Stomach), also called delayed gastric emptying, is a disorder in which the stomach takes too long to empty its contents. Gastroparesis occurs when the vagus nerve is damaged and the muscles of the stomach and intestines do not work normally. Food then moves slowly or stops moving through the digestive tract.
My Gastroparesis is definitely the vomiting around an hour after eating. I must be very careful and monitor my intake, or else I'm forced to get a Dixie cup and use it as a barf bag. I regurge all of what I had eaten last, eventually.
And I can't take the only medicine prescribed for it...I must take Prednisone for another disease, and it helps me eat dairy. However, I can't eat spicy foods after 3pm, or I'll definitely spit up between 8pm & 2am.
Can't eat olive oil, cinnamon, garlic, or parmesan cheese. And the spit up burns like fire!
Sorry to be so gross, but that's Gastro for me.

My advice, Sesser, is just keep asking your Dr. to keep testing. It may not be something horrible...maybe a drug side effect or a food allergy. Olive Oil makes my stomach hurt, causes smelly diarrhea, and burns when exits. But if you're like me, you won't feel better until you have a diagnosis. So keep pressing your doc for tests. Also, do a bit of research listing your symptoms. But be careful "playing doctor". Some docs hate patients who try to self-diagnose. My docs are used to my research...I have 4, and they insist that I share what I find. I did lose one, however, who resented my using the 'Net for research. Dropped me. So, I don't self diagnosis anymore...just share with my specialists and let them test away. Within reason, of course.
Good Luck,
