What are everyone's plans for the weekend? I'm off Monday for Columbus day so I plan to get work done, even if I feel bad. I just need to get coffee and will be ok ;)
It's still hot as balls here so I figured I better get my front walk done before cold rainy season sets in. I also plan to finish insulating the house before cold weather. I got the doors and outlets done awhile back. Need to do the windows and baseboards still, and some other caulking here and there.
There is a festival every weekend this month, but this weekend is the one I never go to so I figured stay home and con my fiance into being useful.
No frost yet so my potted plants are still flourishing :D

I'm removing the last of my potted plants. And changing some to plastic pots if they are the type to live through the Winter. I don't want to take a chance of my good pots breaking due to the moist soil expanding from the cold.
I also got some corn stalks and scarecrows to put up tomorrow.
I'm afraid I may neglect starting my sidewalk yet again. I have to put up edging, lay down weed barrier, figure out stone edging, then argue with my mom over what gravel to use.
Maybe I will just clean my laundry room and hunt out knitting projects for winter. Or start sewing our costumes.
