I just got back from vacation Saturday. My garden went nuts the week I was gone. The squash, beans, and peas seeds I planted in my last post? Already up about 4 inches high and the squash is bigger.

I've been using my vacuum sealer alot. Made some hot sauce and gazpacho yesterday. Also picked sweet corn and cut it off the cob and froze it. Froze some serrano peppers. I have alot of delicious tomatoes, huge cucumbers, and a few watermelons. I also picked alot of pole beans and they cooked up so yummy! I have more zuchinni than I know what to do with. My mom has been making zuchinni bread. This is the first year in a long time we have zuchinni.
