Saturday we pulled out all the tomatoes and most of the peppers. All I'm really waiting to harvest are the cushaws for squash pies. There is one watermelon plant left alive with fruit on it but I doubt they will finish growing or be edible. So I'm done canning now. I finished yesterday. Had a 5 gallon bucket of tomatoes I turned into juice and crushed tomatoes. Now I can work on organizing my closet and getting the house prepped for winter.
