I planted a really fast 52 day bush bean early this year. So now they are pretty much done and the pole beans are just coming on. So Monday night after work I planted 4 new rows of bush beans. I harvested all my onions so there was space for that. I also threw down some cilantro and basil seed I had. I had a few pea seeds leftover so I planted those as well. Where the potatoes were I planted a nice fall squash for pies, similar to Kuri. Sweet corn should be ready by next weekend, watermelons should be crazy in a month or less, and I hope I get plenty of tomatoes for canning as I am on my last 2 jars from last year. Elderberries will be ready soon too and I actually have blackberries right now, but not many. My lettuce has gone to seed but I hesitate to pull out the old plants.
