I had to work long hours on good Friday and ran errands Saturday, but Sunday, I did get my taters in the ground. I figured 2 days late is still ok. Lucky for me, mom cooked easter dinner, so I worked my butt off all day yesterday building a new raised bed, filling it with dirt, and planting potatoes and basil. I also planted some more onions yesterday.

Then I covered everything with chicken wire to keep the critters out until plants are bigger. Gonna plant pole beans next month to vine on the trellises.
