Damn internet cafes have consumed my mom. She does not ask to borrow money from anyone but Dad. Just a 20 here or 20 there. But her bills suffer I recently found her very depressed and crying in bed screaming that she just wanted to die. She just used her entire paycheck to pay bills but turned around and went and gambled it away before her bills could  clear.. I know what needs to happen as far as cutting her off from money but how do I get her to listen To me.. my suggestion was to put her check into dad's checking account that way she has no access to the money that she makes.. Dad dose not gamble.. Any more suggestions?
