That is awful, have you reported it to DS?
There are many glitches right now & no doubt this is one of them!

Barb, I sent a "feedback" form to DS about Bonnie, and I think if ALL HER FRIENDS would do
this that we might see some action on her behalf!

LETS ALL GET WITH HER, SHE IS OUR FRIEND ISN'T SHE???

So lets not sit on our duffs, but write, write, write, [every day if need be] til she is back with us!

Thanks Barb for relaying the message. I have reported to DS and waiting for a reply. In the meantime I have created a new account and sending friend requests. If I haven't gotten to you just send me a request. This is a huge mess! I was already stressed to the max and now I'm over the top!

Anyway I'm back with my friends. Don't need my lifeline cut off!

Okay here's the scoop according to the message I received from DS support. There was a computer glitch which deactivated my account and deleted all of my past journal entries. They apologized and reactivated my old account. So I'm back to my old 'self'...minus all of my journals. What a mess!

Well I'm just happy to be back. It's gotta improve from here! lol

Glad to have you back Bonnie! DS has had HUGE glitches this week!

DS was messed up on my end for MONTHS.............i could see what others were posting.........and it would all get sent to me least times for each thing...........but i couldnt reply or anything.........finally after how many months im able to suddenly reply? keeping fingers crossed it doesnt mess up on me again .............

They did just send out something about how they are working on all the glitches that have been going on, trying to update the site and whatnot, didn't they? Perhaps in the process of trying to fix things and make changes it's just causing more problems. I've heard from someone else who was also having issues accessing her journals and getting error messages and having trouble logging on too. Hopefully they'll get these problems fixed soon so we don't have more people getting deactivated for no reason.

I hate it when they say they are updating things! Everything seems to go haywire then!

Okay everyone...My old account is active and the second account created Friday has now been deleted. The only thing missing is my journals and DS said they have been deleted by a system glitch. So everything is back and I'm happy to be able to log in. If you were my Friend and for some reason you are no longer....please let me know or refriend me. I have found out a few of my friends also got lost from my account during this process. Thanks for all of your support and understanding.
