Thanks Barb for the good quote! Yup there's been days that I wasn't moving much at all but I did manage to get down the stairs in my townhouse apartment to fix some food in the kitchen so that's saying something.

The other saying I think of on those rough days is that any day that you wake up breathing is a good day ~ it beats the alternative!
